Dennis took inventory of what workout equipment I had at home (not much… just a jump rope and a pullup bar). He designed at home workouts for me and even let me borrow a kettle bell and dumbbell from the gym.

I was given several workouts a week, maintaining the system of accountability through the True Coach app. If I ever had a question on a movement of workout, Dennis would respond within 5-10 minutes.

He did a tremendous job designing workouts with me in mind, and even made sure he understood what I was trying to accomplish with my workouts.

I would highly recommend Bridge the Gap for anyone who was in my situation. You know exercise is important but can’t quite figure out how to get it built into your routine and stick to it!


I never thought I would be doing this. The hardest part was getting started. After that, the coaches took care of the rest. Workouts are designed to be challenging, but they can be modified based on each person’s abilities. I’ve done different workouts, but this has shown the best results. In just 5 months I’ve seen my strength and endurance increase, and for the first time in my life- the scale go down!

Not only do you get support from the amazing coaches, but from the other members as well. Everyone is there to encourage each other. If you are looking for a new place to workout, you found it[/expander_maker]


This place and more importantly the people are amazing! The best decision I could have made after just recently moving into the area, was to walk through their doors. The coaches truly care about their members and want to see them succeed day in and day out. After some not so good experiences with boxes in the past, I almost swore off Athletics altogether however only after a short two weeks with Aileen and Mooney, I’m hooked. BTG welcomes you with open arms and makes you feel comfortable regardless if you’re a newbie or veteran athlete alike. I would recommend this program any day on its coaches and members alone! I’ve found my new home away from home.

This place is awesome! I am new to BTG and had no idea what to expect. Aileen and Mooney are amazing coaches. They are super friendly, motivating and are able to provide one-on-one attention. I trust these guys and most  importantly, always feel safe working out. They truly know how to push you so you can see improvement. I definitely recommend this gym for beginners and even those of you who have been doing Athletics for years. They are great at seeing where you are and making workouts challenging for you. They actually make working out fun!!
